“Terrible communication and unfriendly. Our adult family of 8 arrived by 4 Pm. My SIL stayed in a completely different location because she had a dog that was not allowed. Within an hour of arrival, I went to the community clubhouse for about 20 mins. In that time, my SIL arrived at our place with her dog to say HI. She did not come in the house, she went around the back. A neighbor complained to Steve and he showed up just before I did and parked in the driveway so I couldn’t. I didn’t know who he was, he didn’t introduce himself until I did. He instantly said the dog was not welcome and had to leave immediately. We made them leave. I asked a question before the trip that he never responded to and one about towels on the first day. He didn’t respond to until the last day. We felt like we were being watched the whole time by the neighbors, we felt the staff were rude, extras were very expensive. We didn’t enjoy our stay. House was lovely though.”

“This property was big enough for our group of 10. There was ample sitting and hangout space for us all and I was pleased with that. There is a clubhouse and pool- however it is NOT included in rental fee and it is quite expensive in my opinion ($1k for 10 people for 6 days (Sat are for owners exclusively most of the day). I did not appreciate being cursed out by other “owners” while walking around the property. Being referred to as “fu**ing renters” was not how I expected to end my evening. Access to major road ways and plenty of places to visit and things to do was super close to this property. I would consider renting here again, however make sure you are aware that the owner is not responsible for your renting, the club itself is and you have to go thru/deal with them as well. Also sheets and towels are additional rentals with a separate company fee as well.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and just as pictured. Everything was well-maintained and made for a really enjoyable stay. The only issue we ran into was that the front door wasn’t locking properly, but we reached out to management and someone came out right away to fix it, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!”

“The house and community are beautiful and its layout was perfect for our extended family. The pools, slide, and hot tub were big hits with the kids, and were particularly welcome on days when the weather was less than ideal. I was, however, surprised by the lack of communication when we encountered some issues with the house. Nothing that spoiled our stay, but I was disappointed.”

“The house was beautiful and clean. The on-line pictures did match the house. Some issues we encountered involved opening the garage door and locking the front door. No instructions were provided. One minor issue was that several remote control devices for most of the TV's were damaged and missing back covers so we could not add batteries to use them. Communication with Steve and the rental office was EXCELLENT before we arrived at the house. I contacted Steve and the rental office after we arrived to inform both of damage we saw at the house. I also sent pictures to both but neither responded. Another positive note to all renters---be sure to check-out the community center and pool. The heated pool and swim-up bar is awesome for adults! The grandkids LOVED the waterslide and basketball nets!”
