“This house was in a good location for us. It was in a nice community and close to everything we needed. The only problem was there was a strong odor of way seemed like cat urine. I called Jeremy who told me cats have never been in the property and that the cleaner didn’t notice the smell. He offered to clean it or have us leave. Neither of those offered were an option so we bought air fresheners and managed. Unfortunately this did affect the house and I am concerned if it is not looked into further it will effect others.”

“The location of this house couldn’t be beat! Certainly walkable to downtown Bethany, and on a quiet street in a cute neighborhood. When an issue arose with an appliance in the house, Jeremy was all over it and made it right. He communicated quickly.”

“Our stay was great! An easy check in and arrival, a clean kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. An amazing location…a super easy walk to the beach (with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available in the storage closet) and to plenty of restaurants that our family enjoyed.”

“Jeremy's rental was very clean and well kept. Enjoyed the screened in porch to relax outside by the pond with no bugs. Kids really enjoyed the community pool. Had starters: salt, pepper, dish soap, hand soap, cooking spray, toilet paper, paper towels. Brought sheets and towels from home to save on linen rental fees. Worked out great.”

“This Airbnb home was excellent in every way. We enjoyed the screened in back porch, the various amenities available to take to the beach. We will sure keep this in mind for another year. We have a very large extended family and the rest of the family stayed down the street in another Airbnb. We were happy it was so close that we could walk back and forth. Pauline (who is the matriarch of this clan)”
