“Location, location, location! If you are okay with having folks around, you can’t beat the walk ability of this spot! Next door neighbors are ice cream, popcorn, tacos, candy, mini golf, coffee, go karting… and so on and so on! You are the little house amongst all the action! One blcok from the beach too. The house itself is very cute and well decorated. the outdoor shower was such a bonus and the front patio was great for keeping things like bikes. We did have trouble with our A/C, the shower drain, the bathtub and we were required to put on our own sheets? I’ve never had to do that before at an air bnb and it’s not easy to make multiple bunk beds! This was disappointing. Also check out required stuffing the sheets back into little plastic bags? No… not me…not for what you are paying. The owners were slow to respond about the issues but between the location + the vibes, this house was a win. Just wish a few things were taken care of better! Fenwick rules.”

“place was nice, slightly dated but not everything is built in the last five years, no issues there. The outside trash can had half eaten pizza slices sitting on it and looked like it hadn't been emptied in a bit. they linens were in packs and laid out on the beds, so it was annoying to have to make your own bed. the beds are advertised as queen size but they seemed more like twin/full. also there was no hand soap in the bathrooms/kitchen, which was annoying. all in all it was really nice, more of a property management issue than any property issues.”
