“Lovely property marred by lousy management. This recently renovated townhouse sits snuggly behind Dewey beach dunes within hearing distance of the surf. It has comfortable beds, a chic interior, and it's surprisingly spacious. We arrived to find dirty dishes in D/W, used towels in bath, and at least one pan in cupboard with unknown gunk. Ironically the cleaning crew was hovering while we were checking out (early!) as if they couldn't wait to do another rushed job. Most frustrating, the cable was out almost the entire time so no WIFI or TV to watch the playoffs. Every problem reported became a game of telephone tag with multiple entities involved. We thought the cable outage was due to a storm but cable company agent and neighbors both confirmed it had been out for "about a week". To have it fixed, we had to wait at the property for hours and deal with the cable company ourselves.”
