“The house was beautiful - better than we expected from the pictures. The location is great, and plenty of details about the house were provided in the listing and automatic messages sent to us. Kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking easy. Only downside is that the messages are managed by a bot, so answers are typically canned and not always helpful. We had one issue with the grill that was escalated to building management and quickly resolved.”

“Overall, the property itself was great and had the amenities we were looking for, especially the elevator, which was important for my elderly parent. However, we experienced several issues that impacted our stay. Upon checking in on Friday, the elevator was not functioning properly and emitted a nonstop beeping sound throughout the home from the moment we arrived. We contacted VueStay immediately but did not receive a response until the following day and ultimately had to locate and call another number ourselves. We were informed at 6 PM that no one could address it until the next morning, which meant enduring the noise overnight. Although maintenance came the next day, the issue returned immediately and was not fully resolved until later that afternoon. We also looked forward to using the porch firepit, but the propane tank was empty and not replaced until later in the day after we reported it. For the price of the rental, we expected more attention to maintenance and responsiveness.”

“House was amazing. Management company and Airbnb were so hard to deal with. I tried to change my reservation on a house that said free cancellation. Management company told me to call airbnb. Airbnb told me to call management company. It was a complete runaround. I would’ve been willing to pay a cancellation fee to get what I needed”
