“Nice view of bay. Mattress were in good condition. Very clean. Included beach items, chairs, umbrella, etc. Pool on roof is very nice. Lots of great restaurants nearby.”

“Bad communication from the whole team and did not meet our needs when the AC was BROKE!!!! When we arrived, the air was not working. It was 14 degrees warmer than what it was set to. The host told us it would cool down. As time went on, it kept getting hotter. I told the host the compressor wasn’t working. They kept telling me it would be fine, then would not respond to me at all. They kept ignoring my messages, and as a result the house was at 88 degrees during a heat wave for more than 24 hours. Horrible communication and problem solving from the host. Extremely upset and it ruined our trip. Beware before you book that you won’t need any contact with anyone because they won’t answer. The back room also had some ants”

“The location is hard to beat as you are close to the beach and to town. The trees provide a lot of good shade and make sitting outside very nice. The house is well done and a slightly rustic. We would definitely stay again.”

“We had a great time here! The place had rustic charm. Location great! Easy access to the beach. Only one parking spot, but we found parking easily that we could pay for on ParkMobile. Great location in relation downtown. We plan to come back!”
