“No bathroom rug, safety issue. Had to use one of our 3 towels to step out of shower. Wine opener was broken. Required to wash dishes used, however, no dish drainer and only one dish towel. The place could really use some TLC overall. Beautiful view, the lovely red haired lady at the office was very helpful with getting access to our unit when our code would not work. The tile floor was filthy. We had an 8 month old who was crawling around and her hands, knees and feet were black from crawling on that floor. That should be addressed with your cleaning crew.”

“This was a lovely unit and clearly the owners spent resources on a thoughtful renovation. Location is great. Disappointed that Sea Colony closed the pool since you pay to use it. We appreciated the comfortable beds/furniture, nice balcony furniture, tvs, and newer appliances. The amenities and furnishings made it homey and we would definitely rent it again, provided cleaning improves. The lack of thorough cleaning by whoever is responsible for it is doing the owners a major disservice. Basic touchups were done but I found obvious hair behind the toilet, a dirty sponge in the sink, ceiling fans and vents and moulding visibly caked with dust, and other surfaces generally dusty. There were also beginning mold/mildew spots in the updated master bathroom shower. The washing machine seal had mold. It’s a shame this nice place isn’t being cared for by the “cleaning” service. I’m sure the owners would be disappointed after the expense and effort to renovate it into such a pretty unit.”
