“Great spot!! It's my 3rd trip to Delaware and my family's 2nd. This rental was a close drive to Bethany Beach & Boardwalk, Fenwick Island and a beautiful Nature Preserve, Rehoboth Beach and Tanger Outlets (no longer than 20 minutes). Quiet home. Carpeted bed rooms, stairs and upstairs hallway. If you're looking for a pet friendly stay, I highly recommend this home.”

“Crown jewel of Bethany is the right name for this house. Great house, feels new, and in great shape. Lots of rooms, beds, bathrooms. Walkable to beach and downtown within 5 min.”

“The house was nice. Close to beach. Great place to stay. However, our refrigerator did not work correctly. We lost all our perishable food. Had to replace. Had to leave family activities to meet with repair men often. Had to live out of coolers with ice. It was quite a hassle. No compensation for lost food, time spent dealing with issue or sheer struggling with the issue.”

“Whenever we stay at an Airbnb, I always ask myself, “would you stay here again?” Overwhelmingly YES! Probably the best rental we’ve stayed at. Such a well stocked kitchen! Plenty of furniture and space. Easy access to the pool and fitness room. A short, nice, one mile walk to the Daybreak Cafe which was fabulous.”

“GREAT rental. Everything nearly brand-new. Communication was good. Missing towels delivered in 30 mins; reported TP holders bent. Comfy beds & couch. Everything very clean. Spacious garage. Many beach items provided. Cleaning supplies plentiful. Nice neighborhood, brand-new community of Bay Knolls. Area felt safe. Friendly neighbors. Active construction in the area; this unit was far enough from noise. Pool clean, not heavily used. Close to necessities. Farm market nearby. Easy drive to Fenwick. Great place to spend a rainy afternoon inside. Also, a shuffleboard table! If you don’t know how to play, I highly recommend! Suggestions: Add towel hooks/bars. No good place to hang wet towels/bathing suits. Safety bars for toilets/showers. 4pm check-in & office close at 5pm doesn’t allow much room for travel delays & reporting issues. Recommend either allowing earlier check-in, or manning office phones later than 5 p.m. instead of relying on voicemail. They did respond to texts quickly.”
