“The Millennium is situated right off I91 and I84 and is very walkable to everything downtown. Blake was very responsive and friendly. I was asked to make a last-minute switch of location and it was fine. The building relies on a number of codes to get into spaces and the parking utilizes a swipe pass. I had some difficulties with the tech, but that may be due to user error and age. Blake handled my challenges well, but be instructions on how to use the codes in the apartment instructions would be helpful. The lights in the bedroom are activated by touch buttons on the bedframe and nightstand. I did not discover this until I was tidying up for departure.”

“Between the poor mattress (that slumped in the middle), only 2 small pillows, the bright street lights coming through the windows, and the street noise (many ambulances, buses, and loud delivery trucks dropping carts at all hours) I found it very hard to sleep here. Also there is an electric kettle but no way to make coffee, unless you MacGyver some paper towels like I did. The space was clean and well lit, the building entry instructions were helpful and I had no issues, but the entire building was a ghost town (I saw no human presence in 4 days, other than the weed smell), which made me a little uneasy as a solo female traveler. Otherwise the location is near many nice places to eat and cheaper than many other listings and plenty of space. Suggest other guests BYO French press, ear plugs, and blackout curtains. 🙌”

“Great location, especially for events and activities in downtown Hartford. Had a bit of trouble with check-in and some other small issues, but the host was very helpful and responsive.”
