It's a very nice house. You should plan to bring your cooking oil and coffee!

I cannot say enough about the home or location. It was a perfect stay and the restaurants/attractions were great. Went there with my son to visit my mother in assigned living and they were great

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Things that stood out: 1. Place is clean and very well maintained 2. Comes with all the amenities and appliances all are in great working order 3. Quiet and peaceful, you can hear the birds in the morning 4. Motion sensor lighting and outdoor area is great with little kids. Very clear about the rules, and how to use the apartment. I never felt overwhelmed or constrained by them, as they are very upfront about things. Communications are fine, and they try to sort out things proactively for you once you have checked in. The upstairs room can get warm during the day if temps are in the 90s, as we saw one of the days. Maybe a good idea to leave a fan in the closet just in case. Overall I would stay again and recommend the place.

The house itself was great and felt upscale and comfortable. We enjoyed the modern appliances, comfortable furniture, and beautiful patio. Anyone would be very comfortable here and the experience was far better than a hotel. Truly a gem of a house. However, the house rules were rigid and confusing. We brought our dog with us and anticipated to pay $30 per night. However, the host informed us after the cancellation period that our dog was not approved and therefore had to pay the $50 a day “unapproved pet” fee. The rules stated that an approved pet must be non-shedding hypoallergenic- this is confusing because our dog does not shed and the term hypoallergenic is vague from breed to breed. Additionally, the host refused to shorten our 8-day stay to a 7-day stay prior to our stay, as reservation changes are subjected to approval. We understand these rules, but found the unwillingness to remove a single day from the reservation rigid and unreasonable, as there was no schedule conflict.
