“Honestly it was fine. Just not what two younger women were looking for in a getaway. The beach location was the best, truly walkable and beautiful. However we were just totally thrown off by the look of the entrance and how the rooms were located just as rooms like a hotel but in a two story home. The trash can did smell like cigarettes and you could hear everything from everyone around you. There was significant rust on the bathroom floor heat vent. Truly it just wasn’t for us and no fault to Peter and the group - we were looking for something more private (we didn’t realize how many rooms were in the one building) but their beach access was amazing and the rooms did smell clean upon arrival other than the trash can. Communication was always fast, when asked about early check in or anything I needed he quickly responded.”

“Due to an error in the booking dates, we did not end up staying at this house. However, Peter was straightforward and professional throughout our discussions and his co-host Adam was very kind searched for alternative places within their collection. Although it didn’t work out this time, I see no reason I would not come to them again. The Airbnb website, however, is another story. The fact that a search for certain dates also pulls up alternative dates is confusing and contributed to a very unhappy result. And to leave this review without penalizing Peter and Adam, I had to answer questions that weren’t relevant to my situation. The inflexibility of the Airbnb booking system interfered with some options I tried exploring with Peter and Adam, such as transferring my prepayment to rental of another property. The result was most unsatisfactory and makes me think twice about using this web service.”
