“This unit is exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood is private and super quiet, with no through traffic. The beach is a couple blocks away, easily a 5 minute walk and clean. It was chilly when we visited so there wasn't anyone there but I can't imagine it being too crowded in good weather being a private community. The host was super quick to respond to messages. This was a last minute booking when another property fell through and our booking request was approved almost immediately which was a relief considering the stress we were going through with the other property.”

The bed was very comfortable, and the studio had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Peter, Elisabeth, and Adam were excellent hosts. Communication was clear and timely from check-in through check-out. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to local attractions, casinos, and the Mystic area. The checkout instructions were simple and reasonable, and the hosts made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. “This apartment is only steps away from a beautiful beach. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the room was just right for what 2 of us needed. We appreciated the little coffee bar thank you! The hosts communicated very quickly whenever we needed them. The bed was comfortable and so was the bedding. It’s a great location with a short drive to Old Saybrook and Niantic which also have a lot to do, many restaurants and bars/breweries. We also went to the Clinton Outlets which was a fun addition! Happened to be a rainy trip for us so we couldn’t do much on the beach. We would love to come back and experience how close the beach is to this apartment as well!”
