“My children and I were without water for over 5 hours on Saturday. I Contacted the host and he was to look into it, said he would get back to me, he never did till I reached out to him again and at that time he did not answer and I had to leave a voicemail. Once the water came back on, at 11:00 PM, the water again stopped the next morning at 830 am when we were trying to get ready, pack and leave. I called the host and he did not answer again .. and hour later he finally contact me back and said he would give us a 2 hour later checkout time … we were already packed and out of town by that point. I informed him the house needs some attention, especially the water issue, cracks in the floors and a pile of what looked like insulation by the back part of the house. I understand he had no control over the water but I was disappointed in the lack of communication on his part and the only thing he offered was a 2 hour extension on our check out AFTER our 10:00 checkout to time had passed.”

“The place was very well maintained and very clean..We loved the location....the problem we had was getting the lockbox to open as we were freezing in 22 degree weather. It was supposedly frozen....also we were never told and it never stated in the description that the upstairs was only 3 ft high and an adult cannot stand up at all...that was very disappointing and difficult to deal with.”

“Cute little place in a quiet park. The washer unfortunately did not work at our stay. We found out that the shower handle was put on backwards, and the responses from our hosts were AI automated, otherwise everything else was great.”
