“The location is fantastic, super cloae to the village. We love this area. It was super easy to find and get in. It was a little loud from the hot tub deck below and you have to have the windows open because there is no AC - thats standard but one night we could barely sleep it was so hot. There was trash under the couches and other people's stuff still in the drawers and some of the lights had no lightbulbs. There were crumbs and some of the carpets were coming up. The owners were responsive but not quick.”

“The unit is just like the pictures. The kitchen is has all the appliances and cooking utensils needed for making the place a home away from home. The unit is on the third floor so be prepared to haul your gear up the flights of stairs. Overall great unit and will rent again.”

“Good location, first resort you see entering Winter Park. Only downside would be the wifi does not work, so we couldn’t watch Netflix or YouTube on the tv, other than that super good stay!”

“The place is in a perfect location and pet friendly is such a plus. It wasn’t a big deal, as neighbors were pretty quiet, but there is a shared wall. The listing says it’s a house, but it is actually a duplex. Had an issue with the door locking and they were responsive. The door still didn’t lock, but they did give further instructions. Overall, a good experience!”

“Very difficult to find. Driveway was coated with ice making driving to unit difficult. Lots of miscellaneous trash left around the unit, used bandaids, clothing tags, tissues. Lower bedroom bed very uncomfortable. Lower bedroom picture misleading. It’s a trundle bed not a separate bed as depicted in the picture. Also to use the trundle bed, multiple pieces of furniture needed to be moved.”
