“This property was a wonderful home base for our book club summer retreat! The house offers an impressive amount of space, with multiple living areas, cozy nooks, and distinct activity stations (we had room for games, puzzles, crafts, coffee, etc) that let smaller groups spread out while still having room to gather together. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked, and having multiple dishwashers made group cooking and cleanup easy. Outdoor spaces were a huge highlight too, with several porches and patios, a hot tub, and gorgeous nature views, all while being very close to hiking trails and just a short drive from Winter Park and Fraser for groceries and supplies. The property felt private and secluded, yet was still convenient to everything we needed. Plenty of parking and thoughtful touches (cozy blankets, an EV charger, board games) rounded things out. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a larger group retreat!”

“The house is stunning. So much attention to detail within the home. There is an incredible amount of space - rooms, bathrooms, communal space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. There are a LOT of stairs and that hits differently at high elevation! Loved the hummingbird feeders on the main deck - the sound of the bird became our soundtrack of the weekend.”
