“Nice place, good location, clean - basically as advertised. Kate was in contact throughout although everything was pretty seamless and no assistance was needed. Recommend and would certainly stay again!”

“Overall the place was OK. Some plus and some minus. The location is very convenient, Safeway at walking distance, and most importantly, the bus stop is right across the street, ideal for going to and coming back from ski. The apartment is in an old building, not very appealing. Laundry and dryer are communal in the basement that is musty and run down. We avoid it. As soon as we open the door, there was a weed smell in the apartment. Not a big deal since weed is legal in CO. The kitchen is very small, but for the two of us was ok. There is no coffee table in front of the couch to have a drink or relax. Tv and internet were ok. In my opinion, the unit is ok for people that use it for sleeping (our case) and nothing else. Best feature is the bus stop and grocery at walking distance.”

“Nice location with easy shuttle stop access. Appreciated the convenient parking right in front of the complex and also that there were only two flights of stairs up to the apartment. Comfortable and spacious with everything we needed to enjoy our ski trip!”

“The condo worked out great for us. We rented our condo out in East Vail to some friends but ended up needing a place last minute and this place was great for us. Bus stop literally across the street and within walking distance to City Market and Starbucks. Parking was great! We had lots of snow and there isn’t snow removal, so be prepared for a lot of snow covered steps, but that’s to be expected anywhere when it snows.”
