“There was no air conditioning so to cool off the unit you had to open windows. There was a hole in the window in the bedroom so the room would become COVERED in bugs.”

“Enjoyed our stay in Vail -- place was very clean and exactly as described. We arrived at 2 am in the morning due to delayed flights and were able to reach a contact to gain access quickly. The unit was clean, and close and convenient to all of Vail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“It’s summer and the unit doesn’t have a/c which we knew when booking, but the windows were broken so it was impossible to cool the place down. There for a wedding and hard to get ready when sweaty and sticky because it’s so hot in the bathroom and in the unit”
