Manager Review

GetAways Resort Management

GetAways Resort Management's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

It was different from the photos but in a good way, seems then just did some renovations because the room was way more updated then the photos. Which was great! Very big and spacious place with everything you would need! Definitely would stay here again for the location and price! Right on the strip and even connected to the cosmopolitan. The one thing I would complain about is one night we came back to the room and a sketchy guy was in the hall way asking to use peoples phone. Then when we left he was sleeping on the bench by the elevators which was very scary being so late and especially a group of girls. We called the front desk security and they said they would take care of it but later in the night then same guy ended up sleeping at the end of the hallway on the floor which was directly next to our room…… very scary and apparently the security did nothing??????

The place was nice but the check in process and the communication between air bnb and the villas is a joke . We checked in late was told by air bnb to call an after hours number called it and no answer so we didn’t get to check in that night and had to go pay for a hotel . The manager stated I should have called a different number .

This was a “less expensive” option in Park City. It’s an old building so it isn’t “squeaky clean” but bedding was clean and sheets were soft. Bed was a little too soft for my old bones. Suggestions for people renting @ this location: bring your own coffee. 1 Folgers packet was provided as well as a stained pre- packed coffee filter type thing that was not wrapped (as I mentioned- stained). 2. If you need conditioner, bring your own or buy it anywhere. The conditioner was a bootie trap. 😵‍💫 My daughter and I had the exact same experience- first application did nothing, second application seemed to make the hair tangle and feel stripped. We both considered putting lotion in our hair to undo whatever the conditioner did. I had to remove about brush- full of hair to get the rats nest brushed out after using the “conditioner”. Overall- you get what you pay for. This has an old hotel vibe with cheap amenities but it was located right in the heart of Park City and had clean sheets.

First they gave me the wrong address, then i arrived hours before check out time and they didn't let me inside . I also was told from the front desk that they never even seen my reservation.

Host, Getaways failed to communicate with resort night before arrival. Vista Mirage didn’t have my reservation which caused high anxiety. Resort said Getaways didn’t send them my reservation or confirmation number. Upon arrival the air conditioning was blowing hot air. It was set at 80 degrees. My friend’s AC , downstairs was perfect set around 70. I had to call maintenace which said it would take a couple of hours for it to get cool. I found this disturbing, knowing guest are arriving, why would they have it set to 80 degrees, in an upstairs unit!? It was so hot and as the temperature outside was 104. The steps need to be repaired. They’re chipped & dangerous. There’s a large window in the living room exposing lots of bright sunlight at 5:30 AM which woke me up or whomever sleeps in the living room. Guests should have a choice with exposing sun. A mini blind should be there. When I closed the bedroom doors to avoid the 5:30am bright sunlight, the AC would not circulate properly.

Very friendly staff. Great location, however we were not informed that they were doing construction and we were going to be waken up with heavy sounds from the construction, they should had told us when we booked or arrived to give us the opportunity to decide if we wanted to pay to be woken up early with so much noise.

Upon arrival at the location there is no clear marking on where to park to check in. Once we parked in a no parking zone and walked in the lobby, the lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful. This was NOT the host. I did not see on the listing that there was a cleaning fee at check in. Ok, I missed that. When I checked in, I was not asked to pay the cleaning fee but was asked to pay a $250.00 deposit. This was twice the cost of the room. I reached out to the host, and they informed me it was listed under other details. It took this host 9-12 hours to respond to each message. I will never stay with this host again, and this is a reminder to never treat my guests like this, nor hide fees where it is not easy to see.

I was unhappy with the listing compared to the room. Room was dated and carpet was wet from humidity. FD was not helpful

Beware that this host does not include a mandatory $55.00 cleaning fee as part of Airbnb's checkout total (burying it at the bottom of the 'About this space' description). You will be forced to pay an extra $55 at check-in. As for the place, I have stayed here before but this visit was subpar. The biggest issue was the power went out for a while on the morning of my departure. The manager didn't notify guests whether it was building or neighborhood problem or offer assistance. Instead, the manager was more concerned about turning over the room and had housekeeping banging on my door 10 minutes after my checkout time, which was delayed because I had trouble getting ready in the windowless bathroom with no lights or power (and which was not as clean as it should have been). Also note that the beds are soft.

Parking was bad. Unit was way up in front with parking far to the rear. Garage spaces were sooo small cars do not fit inside. Unit was dated, smelly and a big disappointment. Check in gal spoke so fast it was ridiculous. Instructions not helpful. I would not stay here again.
