“it was very nice & spacious, clean & had more than expected for cooking. (blender, whisk, measuring cup & spoons, a pizza pan only thing missing was a cookie sheet) very nice. excellent pool hours 6:00 a.m. till midnight. Thanks for letting us stay!”airbnb

“This is a timeshare that is very well maintained and a great price. We were surprised by the fireplace, large size of the room, free coffee and fruit, and very welcoming staff & lounge area. Free parking and very close to heavenly area. We had a great view of the mountain behind us. No complaints, the room was clean, had towels, dishes, fridge & ice, sink, etc. great place to stay for an incredible price.”airbnb

“The front desk representative that checked me in was very professional and polite. She was helpful with parking and made sure all the materials were there in the folder. Mercedes was another front desk attendant that helped me and was very calming to me. The value for the money was worth it. I liked the large living space and pool/gym area. I recommend more than 1 day stay.”airbnb

“Gave what I thought was accurate feedback about his place. I understand cancellation rules, but when I book it 4 hours before check in and then have to cancel because my boss cancelled the trip last minute, not providing a refund out of general decency is crazy. Pretty sure you didn’t lose out on any money cause you held the room for 4 hrs.”airbnb

“Parking was bad. Unit was way up in front with parking far to the rear. Garage spaces were sooo small cars do not fit inside. Unit was dated, smelly and a big disappointment. Check in gal spoke so fast it was ridiculous. Instructions not helpful. I would not stay here again.”airbnb

“Disorganized management and inaccurate listing. Several advertised essentials (coffee, oil, blankets) were missing, which the host confirmed they do not provide. I experienced a major privacy breach when I was woken up early by a call to move my car for an unwritten parking rule, even though other guests parked the same way were not disturbed. Furthermore, the check-out time was inconsistent: the Airbnb app stated 11 AM, but lobby staff insisted on 10 AM. While Airbnb Support eventually provided a partial refund for these misrepresentations, I would not stay here again due to the lack of basic amenities and unprofessional communication.”airbnb
