“This is our 2nd time to stay at one of Luke's properties and once again, it did not disappoint. Location was amazing, kitchen was full of amenities including ground coffee ready to brew which was nice when coming in town. Bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and well stocked. No complaints from our family! Would happily stay at one of Luke's properties again! Thanks for hosting us!”

“This place was super cute and very clean! The unit was spacious and had lots of great natural light! The building it’s in is older and bit run down, but the studio was super clean, comfortable, and cute! It was walkable to basically all of Telluride- we parked the car out front and didn’t use it in town at all! The information they gave use before we even checked in was so comprehensive and answered any and all questions we might have had, which made check-in and check-out super easy and smooth! Overall just a great stay!”

“Great space for a party of up to 2 traveling to telluride. Spacious and the hosts were super responsive. I arrived after 10pm on check in day and the smoke detector in the bedroom was chirping. I messaged the host asking if someone could come check it out and someone was there within 15 mins to fix the issue. I was very impressed! It can be tricky finding the place depending on where your GPS shows the address. I got dropped off on the opposite side of the complex and had to walk to the complete other side to the unit. Other than that, the stay and unit was perfect! I was not affected by any of the construction noise near by as others have alluded to and I had the windows open throughout my entire stay.”

“Can’t say enough about this gorgeous location. Walking distance to everything downtown and the gondola. One of the ski runs is right out the back door. Luke was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. For a group of 4 it didn’t feel crowded at all and we didn’t even need to utilize the loft portion. Would highly recommend!! Thanks for everything!”

“Communication with Luke and the team was always super responsive! We had some arrival snacks and drinks, it's a beautiful place that I think looks bigger/more roomy than the pictures. The location was fantastic, a short walk to the lobby for food/coffee/pool/shuttle started our day, usually we'd hit the market or gondolas which are a very short shuttle or walk down the street then hit the town of Telluride for hikes/food/dog greetings :). It was a perfect location with lots to do near it. The only thing I think we misunderstood is that this is in the hotel, but that has its own benefits! All in all, fantastic trip and we'll certainly look to Luke first for our next trip to Telluride.”
