The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our trip, which made everything easy and enjoyable. The house had everything we needed and was the perfect place to relax after exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Telluride!”

“Condo was clearly advertised as including a dedicated on-site parking space. I messaged host at time of check-in asking for clarification on parking. I received no response until day 3 of stay when was I contacted by host while enjoying a day skiing with my family. Host required me to urgently remove my car from onsite parking and instead park in offsite structure 0.5 mile away from unit, which required additional parking fee of $120 to be paid. Host said on-site spot is actually not included, it is for another “permanent guest long-term resident.” This is not the kind of treatment one expects when paying $2500/night for luxury ski condo! The following day host called and said I could actually use on-site spot. Problem is, I had already had my vacation interrupted to move my car from spot I had paid for, and paid again for inconvenient offsite parking for the remainder of my stay. Host said he’d reimburse parking fee, but he has not, and 2 weeks have passed since checkout.”

“Pros: The condo is in a great location and walkable to restaurants, shopping and the gondola. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a bottle of red wine left as a welcome gift. Cons: The walls are thin and the neighbors were loud at all hours of the night / early morning. The internet was out for 2 days - we messaged the host on the second day but did not receive a response. Upon check-in, the condo was quite difficult to find, especially with having to carry luggage up several sets of steps.”

“Five of us saved for months for a special ski trip to Telluride, and unfortunately this stay didn’t live up to the listing. The week cost just over $9,000. When we arrived the apartment was 76° and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with heavy cleaner. The biggest issue was the third “bedroom,” which has no window and sits next to the apartment’s boiler/mechanical room. The portable AC vents into that room instead of outside, so because the mechanical room runs extremely hot the AC repeatedly shut off and the room was very uncomfortable. Maintenance came twice and mentioned this heat issue is known in the building. The property manager was initially responsive but afterward dismissed the problem as “gremlins,” despite one guest effectively sleeping on a couch most of the week. Overall this felt more like a tired two-bedroom not quite ski-in-ski-out dupe being marketed as a three-bedroom on mountain. Disappointing for such an expensive trip. Bookers beware.”
