“The location is good with a bus stop nearby. The beds were good. The bathroom needs updating. There are a lot of stairs which is not in the description of the rental. It’s difficult for mobility impaired. One set of stairs to access the unit which is then on three levels with stairs up or down to bedrooms.”

“It's a solid enough place with decent space and decent value. But stop trying to make me download your app or take me to a third party site. Or force me to review you or send me a million messages about AvantStay. I just wanted a solid easy home base for the trip and it worked well for that, but avantstay made it more complicated rather than easier. Would be perfect for somebody who wants to fully commit into that system and wants a local guide, but for me I would prefer ease of access and flexibility. I don't want to be upsold on home massages or chefs.”

“Before booking you should be aware that there is construction right outside the unit. The unit had a planned power outage that we were not made aware of. It is hot in the summer with nonfunctional fans. The beds could also use an upgrade as the mattresses were not comfortable. Overall, good location to town with easy access to everything. Enjoyed our time in Telluride.”
