“We really loved the location of this apartment! It was wonderful being within walking distance of the riverwalk and downtown, with a grocery store conveniently located right next door. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and spacious, and our toddler especially loved the twin bed in the loft area. There were just a few things that could have made our stay even better. The living room TV wasn’t working, and finding the apartment was a little difficult. We also weren’t aware that we would need to carry our belongings up a flight of stairs, so that would have been helpful to know in advance. Additionally, an interior lock on the apartment door would have helped us feel more secure. Overall, we had a very nice stay and really appreciated the convenient location, cleanliness, and space the apartment offered!”

“Solid place. Finding it was a little difficult. Building 4 is right behind/attached to the hot tub and office. Managing the temperature across the 5 split-levels was hard.”

“Great location, good large space for groups and responsive host! The place is as advertised and would stay again, however a few improvements (blinds, shower door not closing, old/flat pillows) would go a long way. Also, if you have more than one vehicle you will be on your own to find a place for the cars if more than one.”

“Etta Place #5 would be good booking Winter Season ONLY, can ski in ski out, Hot tub just out the door. Summer NOT a great spot. No view No Air circulation We bought two fans to have air flow No outdoor seating Convenient to catching the Goose, convenient parking, convenient to Clark’s We relocated to a place w views and air⛰️”
