“We stayed for 3 nights and were very disappointed, especially given the cost. The biggest issue was cleanliness. We found food and dog kibble under the bed and dresser, and a dirty towel left in the bathroom. It did not feel like the unit had been properly cleaned, which is unacceptable at this price point. We did not report this during the stay because we arrived shortly before a scheduled event and did not have time to coordinate with a third-party management company. We chose to clean it ourselves rather than disrupt our plans, but this is not something guests should have to deal with. After checkout, we were told a “partial refund” was issued, but it only covered pet and parking fees. We were charged for parking despite not having a car and being told we wouldn’t be charged, so that should have been refunded regardless. No additional compensation was offered for the cleanliness issues. Overall, this did not meet expectations and I would not stay here again.”
