Cute little bungalow right along the creek, walkable to everything and very quiet. Building is clearly old and generally well taken care of, but could stand to have a few more updates such fixing broken/unopenable windows and replacing the patio flooring. There is also no parking lot, you must register for street parking with the lodge. We didn’t have a hard time finding street parking, but YMMV. Ultimately a nice stay, was perfect for our needs as just a place to come back to for sleeping.

Cheapest place that allowed dogs at $400 a night. Very dated hotel room and furniture.

Overall this was the best value compared to other places in Telluride. It is small so I would recommend for two adults and at most two small children. My fault I did not read of no AC, they did provide a small fan, but if we would have known we would have brought one too. We did take advantage of the kitchenette and made breakfast each morning. Overall a good experience.

The listing did not mention massive construction site in development right beside the building. The noise starts at 7:00 am and is absolutely awful. We have stayed in Mountain Village many times before, and have had better price to value/space balance before, and we love the pedestrian location and the family and outdoor activities available in the area. Overall the condo is in a great location with the view of the main square, once the construction concludes, although a bit small when it comes to common areas (very small kitchen for a 3 brm place). Utensils are also quite sparse and mismatched. All communication is also routed through two layers of agents, and might not even reach the actual owners..
