“Property is nice. Pictures as represented. Vacasa Colorado was disappointing in handling issues, communication, and follow through. After check in there was a material issue that needed to be addressed urgently. I was not able to speak to anyone directly without waiting on hold, there was no urgency to address said issue and even after eventually addressing the issue the following day, there was zero follow up with a human or effort to make the failure right. I would not rent from this management company again.”
