“Great little ski lodge.”

“Internet did not work for almost 3 days. We let the owner know immediately but they just told us to check with the front desk, who said the internet was down in the entire building and they had no ETA on a fix. We then asked the owner if we could leave early and get a refund for the unused time but they did not respond to that request. They just kept apologizing that it was out of thier control and telling us to talk with the front desk. There are alternatives they could have provided to ensure this advertised feature was provided, but they opted not to. We asked the owners for a partial refund - just 1 night comped, however they denied this. Per Airbnb, when an advertised feature is not available an entire trip could be free, so we thought this was more than fair. All in, such a shame as it is a nice, clean condo in a great area. But we couldn't work from there, or watch any family movies at night- which is always a big part of our vacation. I sincerely hope the owners do better!”

“We enjoyed our stay at Vacasa Steamboat, CO. Unit was spacious and exactly as described. Very comfortable!”

“This was overall a really nice place to stay. The condo was clean and cozy and actually felt a little bit bigger than it looked in the pictures. The only dings against it for us - - The hot tub is open until 10pm and there were loud people in it until 10 every night. This kept us up since we were trying to sleep with the windows open because the condo doesn't have a/c. - The ceiling fan in the main bedroom was wobbly and loud. - When we made the reservation, I messaged the host asking if we could possibly get an early check in. When the host responded, she said no - wouldn't even give us 30 minutes. I understand they have the check-out time listed, but there was no wiggle room at all and the place didn't smell freshly cleaned - it's not like they were rushing to get it cleaned before we arrived. It felt a bit un-accommdating when we were travelling with 2 small children. 30 minutes could have made our lives a lot easier after a long day of travel.”

“Great location, shuttle to take you to the mountain was great. Bathrooms were really nice. As for a couple negatives. Both the hall sink and master tub are clogged. No storage for groceries. Also we know that the dinning room table was in the pictures, so we knew what we were getting. However, just though it away. It was ugly and old. The cleaning crew used some kind of intense sented cleaner. We had to open doors and windows to air out the place. Please choose different cleaning products. Only one of the three hot tubs were working.”
