The location of the property is great and the condo was as expected. The two entry doors at the location were a bit confusing, but we were able to figure that part out. Everything went well until the day that the garage door quit working for a while. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

The location of the house, the layout and the expected amenities would have been ideal. Upon arriving, we quickly realized that the hot tub was inoperable, green with algae from being unmaintained. While management was initially very responsive and apologetic, we quickly realized that they were not forthcoming about the condition of the hot tub in advance of our stay or about their attempt to fix it. They knew in advance that the hot tub had to be repaired and didn’t disclose it. Later, we found that the hot water was not working. Their response was to “let the tank warm up” though we had not run the water any considerable amount. They later said that they had multiple plumbers out for this issue in previous weeks, and couldn’t find a reason for it. Again, a known issue. The water never warmed and management said they would get a technician out in the morning. They never contacted us until we finally took our issues up with airbnb - we had to vacate. Terrible management.

The space was clean but the hot water would easily run out after two people showered and there was no AC, just fans. The heat takes a couple hours to heat up. We couldn’t find the laundry detergent anywhere and there were no instructions on how to get to the hot tub or the trash chute unless asked. Also the parking pass was not available upon arrival. Overall when we called for help, it would take an hour or two to get answer via text.

I thought the place was a good value for what we paid. It’s not in pristine condition, but for a place that allows dogs there are limited the options, and it wasn’t at the high end of the price range for the area. It’s right next to the walking path, close to the ski hill, bus route. I will say the parking was frustrating as the company says there isn’t assigned parking and could use up to 3 spaces. I only had one vehicle yet one of the neighbors made a pretty bad scene about me parking in her spot and calling me a liar in front of my kids when I said a vehicle wasn’t mine as she referenced the wrong make/model when she initially accused me. It made us all on edge the last half of our trip, but we never parked in that spot again. Lastly, please note that the total price does not include the pet fee(s). I assumed it did as I had my pet in the reservation but an entire week after my stay they opened up a resolution requesting payment for it, which really caught me off guard.

The unit is spacious, generally clean, and a convenient 15-minute walk or quick bus ride to the ski resort. But I do not recommend this management company. 1. Hidden fees: Not mentioned in the listing as of now are $100 for a 1pm early check-in, $75 for leaving trash in unit, and unknown amount for late checkout. 2. The unit: The bedroom with two twin beds has no window. 3. Maintenance issues: One bathroom faucet was leaking, forcing two guests to use the kitchen sink all trip. Management was aware of the leak before we arrived (parts were ordered without inspection) but didn't disclose it. They later claimed they had entered to inspect it while we were out, only retracting this when we proved someone had been in the unit the entire time. We paid $7k+ for 1 week of stay. Pre-trip, they firmly refused to waive the $100 early check-in fee. They only waived it after checkout (likely due to the broken faucet) but offered no other compensation. Good property, greedy management.
