Steamboat Lodging Company reviews in Colorado

“This place was perfect, had everything we needed, great stocked kitchen and clean linens. Very responsive hosts!”

“Great home base for a gravel riding trip to Steamboat! The location is excellent—easy walking distance to some great restaurants downtown. The townhome itself was very clean and well kept. Our hosts were communicative, responsive, and quick to help whenever we had a question. We'd happily stay here again on our next trip.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back. We loved being right in the middle of downtown and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We went up to the community patio a couple of times. It was a nice place to hang out, and both times we had it all to ourselves. I saw in some reviews complaints about the parking spot, but we thought it was fine. It is a tight fit between two concrete posts, but they are up front about that. The complex is two buildings (A and B), and you park under B, walk across an alley and into building A. It's a trivial walk. The instructions do have you walking all the way around building A to the front entrance, but presumably it's because it's easier to describe than how to find the door in the alley. Once you've done it once and know how to navigate there's no reason to do the longer walk (which also wasn't that bad).”

“Excellent property. Perfect for our party of 4 guests/2 couples. Every interaction/communication with staff was pleasant and helpful. Loved the location. Close to the river and walking distance from all of downtown shops, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a great stay! The property was very clean, accurately described, and in a beautiful, peaceful location with plenty to do nearby. Communication was excellent, and the entire process was easy. We would gladly stay here again.”
