“Great home base for a gravel riding trip to Steamboat! The location is excellent—easy walking distance to some great restaurants downtown. The townhome itself was very clean and well kept. Our hosts were communicative, responsive, and quick to help whenever we had a question. We'd happily stay here again on our next trip.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back. We loved being right in the middle of downtown and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We went up to the community patio a couple of times. It was a nice place to hang out, and both times we had it all to ourselves. I saw in some reviews complaints about the parking spot, but we thought it was fine. It is a tight fit between two concrete posts, but they are up front about that. The complex is two buildings (A and B), and you park under B, walk across an alley and into building A. It's a trivial walk. The instructions do have you walking all the way around building A to the front entrance, but presumably it's because it's easier to describe than how to find the door in the alley. Once you've done it once and know how to navigate there's no reason to do the longer walk (which also wasn't that bad).”

“This location is absolutely perfect when visiting Steamboat Springs. You are just off the main shopping street, right across the street from the river, literally directly above restaurants, secure parking in a garage, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and the list could go on and on. Steamboat Lodging Company, the host for this property, is excellent to work with. They provided clear instructions and their communications were always timely. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a place to stay in Steamboat!”
