“Overall a reasonably nice place relative to the cost of other options. However there are a few drawbacks potential guests should consider: The mattress is seemingly very old and has deep sags (think roadside motel quality). They’ve seemingly tried to try to remediate this with a 3in foam mattress topper, but it doesn’t solve the structural problems and notably it doesn’t fit the mattress well, resulting in large cliffs at the edges. If you are a sensitive sleeper or have a bad back, I would avoid. In unit amenities are sparse. For my two week stay, only three rolls of very poor toilet paper were provided. There are limited to no pantry items (oil, coffee, spices) so you’ll need to bring or buy everything you require to cook meals. The property is managed by an impersonal mgmt company. Upon checkin, I tried to clarify instruction for parking permits and I was given instructions that countered the automated email. It’s a comfortable enough space, but a bit dated and not great.”
