“I booked an Airbnb stay in Snowmass, Colorado for 2 nights totaling approximately $1600 During the stay, the property experienced a complete water outage affecting the entire home. There was no running water from any tap, shower, or restroom. This issue occurred during the evening/night and remained unresolved overnight despite repeated communication with Airbnb and the host. Because of the water outage, our group of 10+ guests was unable to: - Use restrooms - Shower or maintain hygiene - Cook or wash dishes In addition to the complete water outage, the property also had multiple other issues during the stay, including: - Entry keypad malfunction at check-in - Basement toilet overflow/unusable - Kitchen exhaust/range hood not functioning - Fireplace not functioning - Grill unusable due to lack of propane These issues significantly impacted the stay and the property was not provided in the condition advertised or reasonably expected.”
