“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home for anyone traveling with dogs! The very large privacy-fenced yard was great for our two. Nice shady deck for morning breakfast outside. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking needs. Great labeling on cabinet doors to easily locate items. The location was great for us as it’s just a short drive to many great hiking trails, a short walk to coffee shops, and access to trails/paths around the lakes.”

“Perfect for cooking. They had everything you could possibly need - cheese grater, strainer, pots and pans, even a crock pot! We had a WONDERFUL stay.”

“This Townhome was truly awesome! Wonderf Location! The deck is where we spent most of our time. It has beautiful views of the mountains! The home was spotless! Kitchen had anything you needed. Beds & pillows were extremely comfortable. We used the shower near the kitchen because I took the first shower in that one and the water pressure was amazing! What I despise, is that check in is 4, and check out is 10. That's some disrespect! It's already a bummer when you can't get in until 4 and have a normal check out of 11am, but they make you leave even an hour earlier, even though they have a one hour later check in at 4pm.....They offer flexibility.... for a charge, which also bugs when they have shortened hours compared to a standard AIRBNB with check in at 3 and out at 10, or in at 4 and out at 11.... Other than that Wack policy the home itself plus all things they provide were awesome.”

“The place was just like the pictures. The backyard was wonderful for the dogs. Just for info master bed was soft. Nice to have garage access for vehicle. Close to everything. There is construction in downtown Pagosa Springs on the road makes downtown very miserable right now. We did run into an issue with communicating for an hr early checkin. We messaged on site and through text 24 hours in advance. We kept asking for a reply and kept getting we are waiting for our team to respond. We got a text message, literally 5 minutes before requested early checkin with a payment site.”
