“Our stay was great. The house had basic necessities to cook our groceries, the neighborhood was quiet overlooking the Dillon Reservoir, and there is a free bus stop a few minutes walk down the hill. We did have an issue with loosing running water shortly upon check in. Adam Robert helped us trouble shoot the automatic shutoff immediately. This seems like a common issue based on other reviews. The property management company could resolve this with having a printout in the common area or a FYI with check-in instructions.”
