“Great stay in Keystone. Right on the lake and easy access to lakeside amenities. Bed is right above the pizza restaurant patio so you can expect to hear music and people at night.”

“Great location and comfortable condo. Things to know going in: the management company requires a separate rental agreement signed within 48 hours of booking. Some of it is referenced in the listing, but the real document is many pages and heavily weighted toward the company. It came by text, so I saw the full version only after paying. Also, I had to ask for the lockbox code the night before arrival and was told it had been texted, which I didn't receive. I asked for further communication to stay in Airbnb and that was ignored. The condo is as listed. The process around it is more involved than usual.”

“First off, this is a property management company, not a person named Adam Robert. You have to fill out all their forms after booking and communicate through their website and texting service. Nobody to call, nothing directly through Airbnb. It's a bit of a bait and switch. The parking is confusing, I was told multiple times I had a reserved, labeled space. Not true. After texting back and forth endlessly with someone who wasn't helpful and had no idea what was happening, I eventually was told the HOA removed the sign labelling the space, but it would probably be fine if I parked in an unlabeled space. And they were all full. I was also offered early check-in, but then told there would be additional charges. Aside from all of that, the actual unit is very nice. Incredibly clean, well equipped, beautiful view from the bedroom and the living room. Nice fixtures, linens, overall a great condo. Not a great management company.”

“We had a great stay overall and found the unit to be comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The board games provided were a thoughtful touch and added to the experience. There were a few areas that could use some attention. We noticed some splatter marks on the living room wall and curtains that looked unpleasant and stood out in an otherwise clean space. We also found an empty candy cigarette box in our bedroom, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been checked between guests. The bathrooms could benefit from a few hooks for hanging towels, as there wasn't a convenient place to put them. Additionally, while we appreciated the board games, many were missing pieces or damaged, making them difficult to use. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and found the unit comfortable and enjoyable overall. With a little extra attention to cleaning and maintenance, this would easily be a five-star experience.”

“Nice location, but it was too many little/medium attention-to details-issues why we wouldn't return: * two out of three bathroom sinks were completely clogged upon first using them * unclear instructions on specific location of Airbnb upon arrival * unclear issues with using the internet, and it took until the next day to hear back. We have a baby who sleeps with an ankle monitor that needs local internet connection * two of the bedroom window blinds -- the tilt rod was just simply gone/missing -- again just little attention to details * electrical issues with the light-switch in the kid's bedroom Again, our stay definitely wasn't awful, but it wasn't great either.”

“An excellent location with excellent accommodations. Notably well maintained and clean. The only challenges were with communications related to gaining access to home and one dysfunctional garage door.”

“The apartment is clean, comfortable and as described. To clarify from previous reviews, the photos are accurate as of my stay and there is a private balcony with excellent views of mountains. We stayed with our two kids and having the primary bedroom and little TV loft separate upstairs was nice! The location is amazing for a family with kids in the Summer with walkable access to two big playgrounds. I agree with the comments about the check-in process; This listing is managed by a larger property group and the only way to reach them seems to be texting with a bot.”

“Don't rent until nearby construction is done. Gorgeous brand new unit and wonderful location close to things and along beautiful river. Two problems for us while there kept it from being a great review. Location kudos: Could see keystone lake not far away, and river is right there for tranquil river sounds. Because it's a mountain condo, it doesn't have a/c which I totally expected and understand. However, problem #1 which they could have remedied but didn't: Since it was so new, a couple of screens weren't yet installed. This presented a huge problem in Master bedroom where there were no actual windows. There was a patio door instead in this bedroom. Patio door had no screen so couldn't open and use as ventilation. This condo will become a guest favorite I'm sure. But, our only other low rating category (unexpected noise) was because 8 am - 7:30 p.m. including weekend, there was VERY LOUD construction NOISE at next door unit. Sawing tiles non stop, and sawing wood trim pieces.”

“The condo itself was great—clean, comfortable, and an excellent location within walking distance of the Dillon Amphitheater. Our only frustration was the very rigid check-in/check-out process. Check-in isn’t until 4 PM and checkout is at 10 AM, with little flexibility and additional hourly fees for early check-in. We were in Dillon specifically for a concert with doors opening at 4:30/5:00, so even being able to check in around 3 PM would have made a huge difference. We requested early check-in and were told we’d be notified if it became available, but unfortunately never heard anything and couldn’t access the condo until after 4. Overall, it’s a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay, but the management process felt more corporate and transactional than the personal, accommodating experience we’ve had with individually managed Airbnb properties. A little more flexibility around check-in, when the property is already cleaned and available, would make this an easy five-star stay.”

“shower door fell off during fiances shower and they wouldn't respond regarding that. had to wait over a half hour to get in cause the code didnt work. very slow to respond and would ignore things all together. hot tub jets also didnt work but the location was good. walkable to shops food or slopes.”
