“Got a wrong address which added 15min of driving. Also heat malfunctioned and couldn’t turn off on one of the nights. Everything else was great”

“Nice place! Short drive to our ski resort, and we enjoyed the hot tub! Comfy beds, really nice furnishings, and the carpet felt brand new. Great deal for our family for a few days of skiing!”

“Good spot. Away from a lot of the people and traffic, had a nice view into the woods. The condo had a noticeable smell and you could very clearly hear the people upstairs, which was a bummer for us. Otherwise, it met our needs.”

“Place was hard to find we got to the Airbnb at night so that made it even harder without clear instructions on where the door is located. It’s off to the side from the clear two doors. It’s easy to miss bc cars are parked in front of the door blocking it. Pillows and sheets had hairs and stains. The host sends multiple long texts leading up the stay which was overwhelming and I overlooked the door code. Had to call and ask for them to email me the clear check in instructions. The second day we were there the key pad battery died locking us out of the Airbnb in 10 degree weather at night for THREE hours. We had to call the host multiple times to give us updates and ETA’S because he wouldn’t do that himself. A nice locksmith was able to replace the batteries and make a spare key for peace of mind he was very helpful and understanding.Overall the host lacked communication but the space was wonderful besides the stains.”
