Rocky Mountain Resorts's guest rating in Colorado of 4.76 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “great location - 1 mile from the entrance to RMNP. Jamie (or Lee) responded fairly quickly when I had questions. Hot tub a plus! bed was comfy and we got extra pillows, as requested. There is a guest laundry which is very nice to have for those enjoying a longer stay. A few negatives: the refrigerator is a “mini” (which is correctly listed on the property description), fine for those staying only a few nights and not expecting to actually cook. We stayed a week and a full size fridge would have been very nice to have. We were in unit 254, which is below 255. It was very noisy especially at night and early in the morning. We could hear every single footstep and every time the occupants pulled a chair out or opened/shut a drawer. It would be better if there was some sound dampening btw the upstairs and downstairs units. Because there is no AC, 3 fans are provided, one of which did not work. No instructions for any appliance were in the unit. Would stay again for a shorter time”

“When we got there the place was very hot. There is no AC, which wouldn't be a problem if there was a screen on the patio door. We couldn't leave the door open because we didn't want critters and insects coming in. He did give us a fan and ice packs, kind of a joke. Because of this we only gave it 3 stars.”

“Beautiful location. A little hard to find; had the name of the place been on the ad (Fawn Valley Inn), it would have made the matter easier.”

“The view from the deck was beautiful and peaceful with the stream running down below. The furniture in the living room could be a little more comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The only issue I truly had with this room was the fact that is smelled musty because the carpet was damp in front of the hot tub. Once my wife and I checked in I messaged the host because I noticed they had something else available and we requested to switch locations. We expressed that we would happily pay the extra money. We were ghosted, not even a simple no in response to our request. Other than that, perfect location to explore downtown Estes and drive right into the National Park.”
