“Everything great EXCEPT no hot water at all in Master Suite. tried to call no response ne answered”

“The house is beautiful and the vibes and location itself is 5 stars ⭐️however it does lack a few things that tremendously hurt the rating. (I didn’t read the reviews before booking and wish I did) First, the smell of cigarette smoke in the house upon arriving was very strong and unpleasant. Our linens in the king bed upstairs also had an odor like lingering cigarette smoke. The host was unresponsive to my messages about the smell and a solution for it. Finally they replied and said they would have maintenance find a solution - no one ever came. The pillows are thin, there was a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fan. The kitchen was clean & had plenty of room and utensils to cook a couple of meals with. Bathrooms were clean enough. The door to the second bunk room is inside the other bunk room, so not private like pictures make it look. Overall it’s a good house for the space it had to offer but for a beautiful home like this i wish it didn’t smell so it was more enjoyable.”

“The unit was exactly as described and matched the photos. Plenty of parking and good access to the pool, hot tube and grills. Good wifi. Clean unit with plenty of options for beds. The kitchen had sharp knives (!) and was decently equipped, needs a cookie sheet and garlic press. There were no kitchen cleaning supplies - dishwasher detergent, sponge, dish soap - which were delivered the morning after we called Retreatia. The code for the front door was different in the packet than in the email confirmation.”

“Had a great stay with some friends for the weekend. It was in a good location to the ski village and a short drive to the main downtown of steamboat. Host had great recommendations and was very responsive. Only inconvenience was that it's on the fifth floor and the elevator is quite small, also to pick up and drop off the key is at a different location than the Airbnb ~ 10 minute drive away.”

“This condo was a great layout and was in great shape. However, the beds are very uncomfortable and are old spring mattresses. There were also minimal pillows, which made sleep not great. Sleep is important when you want to enjoy the mountains during the day.”
