Retreatia's guest rating of 4.61 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Conveniently located on first level near hot tub/pool and parking garage.”airbnb

“The unit is nice and in a beautiful location but there are some minor repair issues that could be easily addressed to make it much better overall. Being next to the open space is great for kids and we had plenty of room across the three bedrooms for two families with kids. The complex’s shared hot tubs were both broken, drained, and unusable, which was very disappointing as that is a primary amenity and a top reason why we booked the stay. We didn’t receive any notice of this issue until we arrived and saw it for ourselves, which was frustrating. Overall good value for the unit but minor improvements could make it exceptional.”airbnb

“This is a beautiful townhome. Three levels, with bedrooms on one level which is nice, adequate bathrooms for sure. The lower level is a garage and a hot tub room. We enjoyed the hot tub, the deck area in back, and the spacious living area on the middle level. Parking is tight for a full sized pickup. But we made it work. Although it doesn’t have much of a view it is situated in a wooded tea and feels very private. We found the beds to be comfortable. For the condo market this is a solid choice.”airbnb

“What a lovely stay! This home will be on our must come back to list.Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed, the owners did not use cheap materials in this home. The home entrance is the back side, third floor of the building. The front of the building is all businesses so it was a tad confusing at first. Walkable trail right out front of your door, saw a little black bear on it one morning too. We walked into town multiple times and it was also a great spot to kick off our biking routes. The home was very clean and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you for a beautiful weekend.”airbnb

“Great location. Great communication. Could use a little updating and small maintenance. But overall great stay. Amazing hot tub. Nice neighborhood.”airbnb

“Location is the only thing they have going for them. The unit itself is in desperate need to be redone especially all the appliances, baths , furniture ( old and smelly) the rugs…. Also the front desk can’t help you since they don’t manage the space.. super annoying”airbnb

“Unit deceptively small vs photos. Staircase inside barely held together. No hot water. Towel rod broken in bathroom downstairs. Upstairs sink clogged. Strange key pickup process despite have code locks on doors. No ice machine. Cheapest possible toilet paper, trash bags etc. Absolutely not worth the price.”airbnb

“A three-night trip for some spring skiing. Trip was great, snow was meh, but we made the most out of it. The Good: Hottub was nice and private, the shuttles to the mountain pick you up right in front of the place, but finding one for the way back was a little tricky. This place fit 13 comfortably! The Bad: There WAS a grill on the patio, great, but than we came back after a day of skiing with plans of grilling in the evening only to our surprise the grill was gone. They entered without notifying us to remove it (HOA), but did reimburse some. The dishwasher did not work at all. There were floorboards sticking up, or gaps, causing for some uncomfort and some cuts. the carpets had dirty spots. the upstairs shower drain was a little clogged. the key/jacket holder fell off the wall. there was a broken table on the patio, and some trash under the patio that we picked up. The parking situation isn't great (only thee spots), but more a steamboat issue with no free parking spots.”airbnb
