“The noise from HWY 24 while outside was very noticeable. The inside was perfect for our stay.”

“The location is perfect if you are looking to explore not only CO Springs but also a bit of the mountains. Close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and other areas that were fun to explore. Also close to several 4x4 trails and rugged mountains. The house was decent with a nice back yard and hot tub. Towels were provided for the hot tub and it is a nice hot tub. The house gets lots of light with huge windows looking out the front. Only complaints: #1 the lack of any window coverings in kitchen and living areas considering the house next door is so close. Kinda feel exposed 24/7 and you need to stay fully dressed at all times, even if you’re getting water at 3 am (we are a couple in our 50’s with no children) . #2 The en suite lighting is a bit too dark for the ladies to get ready but the main bath has plenty of light. The beds were clean and comfy and the pillows were decent. The soaking tub was so fabulous that we are putting one in our house, take a bath. 🛁”

“Location was okay. Beautiful views, but had to drive 25+ mins to get anywhere. House wasn’t the cleanest. The air vents were so dusty and dirty.. All the kitchen appliances were dirty and we had to clean everything before using them. The beds look comfy in the pictures but are hard as rocks. General maintenance could be done on the outside. The carpets upstairs had stains all over them. The A/C & heating was a little whacky. It would be absolutely freezing downstairs but burning hot upstairs. One big positive is that the host is very communicative.”

“Our family of 7 had a BLAST in Colorado! The Airbnb was a great place to crash, make memories and have family meals. The only draw back for us was the bed situation. Even though it said there were many beds, the futons were pretty uncomfortable and the air mattress didn’t hold air, but we made it work for our family. The true beds were all comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets and linens, which was helpful. We caught multiple fish down the road at the community pond, walked the trails, saw lots of deer and enjoyed the drive into the Springs. Nice that there’s a huge Walmart not too far down the road too and quite a few attractions only a short drive away. All in all we had a lot of fun and it was a good spot.”
