“Lloyd’s house had everything you could need to feel right at home! Plenty of seating both inside and out, pristinely cleaned and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be back! Can’t recommend enough.”

“The first day was comfortable, check-in was great, the beds are comfy, and the bedding was clean and soft. Everything seemed fine until the next morning when we wanted to shower, we were limited on hot water, if you like taking longer than five minute showers the hot water runs out and then you have to wait for the hot water heater to heat back up so the next person can take a shower. The kitchen was great. Everything we needed for a short stay was there. The house had a washing machine and dryer available with laundry detergent. We really appreciated that. The host had signs and rules posted everywhere all over the house, it was helpful but a little excessive. Besides that it’s a cute house with cute balconies that overlook a nice quiet street. There’s views of the surrounding mountains and it’s super close to downtown”

“Location was amazing. This is what you book here for. It was an amazing experience. Great little spots with a creek to hang out, beautiful Mountain Views and only 5 min away from Breckenridge. Only downside of our entire experience was that a lot of hair was found in the couch and it was a bit dusty all around. Careful if you have allergies to pet hair / dust. Host was also amazing - very quick responses and super friendly.”

“Overall a great space with a ton of room. Bedding and towels were great quality. Close to downtown. Definitely can tell it is pet friendly- dog hair on the floor and main couch was stained/dirty.”

“We travel a lot and this house did not meet our standards. This house appeared much nicer in the pictures. It could use some TLC, a deep cleaning, new paint and charm, and more comfortable beds and furniture. Several of the door handles to the outside need to be replaced because either they didn’t work or were loose and falling off. My husband killed one bug on him while sitting on the couch and my son noticed another scurrying across the kitchen floor one morning. The floors in the upstairs bathrooms had hair from past visitors. The washer and dryer were old, noisy and need to be replaced, they are in the bedroom hall. The dryer wouldn’t turn off on its own which seems hazardous. Driveway was extremely steep and difficult to navigate with a neighbor who parked his car right at the end where you back out. The upstairs heating wasn’t working well when we arrived, taking hours to get above 66. 4pm check in was late, we asked about early check in, they were going to charge by the minute.”
