“We loved the location and you could easily walk to the Gondola. The unit was right next to the main road and with the windows open it is loud every time a car or truck drives by through the night and each morning so didn't get good sleep. on the bottom unit, the upper units may be better. The front door into the building does not work so you have to go through the garage each time if you’re walking. Other than that, everything was great.”

“Great location with easy access to the gondola, Telluride, grocery store, and Mountain Village. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the main bedroom was huge. Accessibility was difficult—about 4 flights of stairs to the unit, plus another floor inside. At this altitude, this was challenging with a toddler, older parents, and luggage. Our biggest issue was the heat not working. The host said no technician was available and we found only one space heater. Late at night, after searching the house myself, I found a switch labeled "Heat" hidden in the laundry closet that was OFF. Turning it on immediately restored the heat. I really expected the host to know about this, as otherwise we would have spent the night in a very cold house with a toddler and elderly parents. Bathrooms were somewhat dated with mediocre water pressure/hot water. Despite these issues, we loved Mountain Village and the location.”

“Great place to stay right near the gondola! I would recommend parking at the village gondola garage and paying the overnight fee instead of valet. They didn’t seem happy I was opting out of valet and that is the only way to park at the condo.”

“The views are beautiful but not worth the issues. The first night- we arrived and the toilets stopped up. All 4 toilets would not work and there was no plunger. Also the master sink would not drain properly. We messaged and they said someone would come. Day 2 a lady came and said she would have to get a plumber but could not come until day 3. She also said she had tried to snake the sink before our stay and the way it was plumbed underneath didn't allow her to snake it. So we dealt with toilets stopping up and sink again day 2. Day 3- the plumbers show up but we cannot tell any difference in toilets low water flow and the stopping up. Also the sink still wouldn't drain. Day 4- we decided to leave because they were not addressing the problems. We stayed at a different location and never had any issues. The toilets are very slow to flush which caused them to stop up over and over. It was the same issue with sink- very slow to drain. The carpet is older and not in good shape.”
