“Even with parking permits through the app, I personally got a ticket at 30min after I bought the online permit. So maybe more instructions on how the app is meant to be used? And yes I read the instructions and know that you are not responsible and that is understood. But more info with the app on the instructions whould have helped me.”

“Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is gorgeous and close to Telluride. We went for our wedding and it was beautiful. However, the communication with Avant Stay was really lacking. We got dropped off at the wrong location and couldn’t get in. We were unable to make it to the court house as we originally planned because we couldn’t find the door and no one answered the help line. Also, the instructions listed on the Airbnb app didn’t match the instructions in the link we were provided. There were discrepancies that we pointed out. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and make the most out of our short trip. We just wish the rental and the communication would have been a little better. It would be beneficial to have someone onsite or close to it for issues like we had.”

“Unit is clean, spacious, and in a good location in Mountain Village. Easily walkable to restaurants/ shops in Mountain Village and to the gondola to get down into Telluride. Arrival at night is challenging since parking directions aren't helpful without light on the sign to the garage (easily seen in daytime). Info about luggage rack was incorrect - there wasn't one available. No info was provided on how to get from garage into the unit - it's more obvious in reverse, when going from elevator out into parking garage. The wifi was down, and no info was provided, had to suss out on my own. Unit was clean, though I cut my foot on broken glass in bathroom and then found more broken glass in kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked with pans/ utensils etc - though hard to find where the glasses were (in a cupboard outside kitchen?). I thought the king bed was uncomfortable (I sleep on a Purple mattress for reference) and ended up sleeping on one of the daybeds. Nice, tho prob won't return”

“This area was so amazing to visit! Super close walk to the free gondola down to Telluride. Very walkable and beautiful area and a nice retreat after a long day of hiking and shops.”
