“We did not receive check in instructions until the day we checked out. The address was wrong so we could not figure out how to get in for an hour. When we finally got keys and the location, there was only 1 parking pass and 6 sets of stairs to haul luggage and food up. The walk to and from overflow parking was unlit at night. All in all it was the parking that was the hardest challenge.”

“The location shown on the map is not correct. This listing is actually in the Crested Butte ski village, not right outside of Crested Butte itself. The hot tub was unavailable. The fireplace was out of order.”
