“The house was just what we needed. Three bedrooms with king size beds and 3 full bathrooms. Very spacious. Close proximity to Red Rocks and the town of Morrison. Good spot for our weekend of concerts”

“The five of us had a great experience in this house offering a warm mountain character. We enjoyed so many amenities that made this stay a real home away from home. The large kitchen island was great for gathering and cooking. Multiple comfy couches made it easy to relax throughout the living areas. Large TVs and a couple of guitars kept us entertained. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped right down to having spare new toothbrushes in the bathroom and snacks in the kitchen. We had everything we needed and more. Overall, we loved the privacy of the home, the clean open space interior, the beautiful views of the landscape, and the precious hummingbirds viewable from both kitchen window and deck. The house is close to many interesting locations including Red Rocks. We had a chance to talk with the very personable owners who explained that the home's downstairs could also be leased in order to expand to an even larger group.”

“We needed a place to stay at the last minute and we came across this house. It was bigger than I had thought it was going to be. The beds were beyond comfortable, the pillows and sheets were fabulous and that’s something I don’t normally say so I was very happy. The house was extremely clean and it had a lot of items if you forgot something. Thank you for a great nights stay!”

“Kyle was a great host. I was particularly impressed with the clear instructions as well as all of the signs and labels inside the house. The location was perfect for easy access to Red Rocks and we even found seat cushions to borrow. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of great hikes nearby to enjoy as well. We enjoyed breakfast on the back porch as we watched the hummingbirds. It was very hot while we were there (temperature in the 90’s) but the house remained cool and the evenings were very comfortable. I would come back in a heartbeat.”
