Atomic Vacation Rentals

“Kyle at Atomic was a wonderful host! We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was like the photos and it was peaceful staying by the creek.”

“The place was very clean, the host was responsive when needed and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful.”

“This home is beautiful with comfortable beds and pillows (a rare find on rentals), clean and well maintained. Nice neighborhood and views. Wood burning fireplace, hot tub and sauna lovely bonus features. Backyard with a grill, adirondack chairs and a babbling brook provide tranquil ambiance. Exceptional communication. My only criticism is the kitchen is very bare bones. Salt, pepper, spices, coffee filters, and truly mediocre pots and pans. Although, I don’t blame them. Who would want to invest in high quality cookware that is going to get destroyed by renters? Just be aware you need to bring all the basics if you plan on cooking a lot. 10 minutes to vail town center. 10 minutes to beaver creek. 5 minutes to Avon town center. Thank you, Kyle, for sharing your home with us! We slept well and the kids loved the basement bunks.”

“Kyle was a great host! He was proactive in communicating some construction that may have affected our stay and responded quickly when we reached out. The home was very clean and comfy for all who joined. The outdoor patio was amazing with the creek flowing behind.”

“Great unit. Very comfortable. Staff was excellent”

“The place was as expected. I saw other reviews about how hot it was upstairs but they had fans in each room so that helped. The place is as described and it’s in a quiet neighborhood which is a plus. And the hosts were easy to reach and fast to respond. I totally recommend this place.”

“We had friends & family coming in from all over the country for my daughter’s wedding that took place at the nearby Vail Church. The location was very convenient! Planning was stressful, getting everyone’s logistics & details for the very special day taken care of, and Kyle was very helpful & patient with all my questions! The house is incredible! We’re very grateful for how Kyle helped us make the weekend more enjoyable than we could’ve imagined!”

“The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a great stay. Check-in was a breeze and the location was convenient for everything we had planned. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing getaway in Vail!”

“Kyle was a superb host. His place was in a perfect location between Lionshead and Vail Village. Everything in our rental was just as we expected it. We didn’t experience any major inconveniences and the small one we did was rectified within an hour. We really appreciate how well the kitchen was stocked with cookware, spices, and cleaning materials. It is a rarity to find a place where the hosts take consideration in providing enough basic supplies such as laundry soap and decent cookware. Kyle definitely is an outlier, he provided plenty of paper towels, soap, detergent, trash bags, the cookware was great, he provided extra fans, humidifiers for each bedroom, and set very reasonable rules. We are a family that likes to cook, and we were happy to have had everything we needed. If anyone is concerned about having a perfect location, everything is within walking distance. The buses run frequently like every 20 minutes or less. We would definitely stay again”

“Friendly host, easy to find, and great price For a quick weekend trip!”
