“Loved the location and was able to walk to everything in Leadville. House was spacious and worked well for our two night stay. Hot tub was nice after a long hike of Mt. Sherman. Would stay again.”

“We found this a really great toddler-friendly location in Leadville. The house had a play kitchen, and it was such a great surprise! Kept our kiddo occupied when we needed to cook dinner. It’s also only a 1-minute walk away from a fully fenced playground with swings, slides, and sandbox! We hit the playground 2-3 times every day to let our kiddo run, it was so so so great! House can be adapted to toddlers: there are shelves and cupboards they can reach but they are mostly empty or we emptied them for our stay. Location is great for walking around Leadville without a car and a 15-30min drive to most places of interest around Leadville and Twin Lakes.”

“The place looked like the photos and matched the description. The place is old as expected but it is not best maintained. If you have little ones, be careful on the carpet near door ways. The carpet is worn out and the tack strips are poking through. We had one person get pricked in the foot. The place is clean for the most part but the uncommon areas can be missed. And since the place isn't maintained the best, the mattresses are old and worn out and some of the furniture/bedframe are falling apart. I understand its an old house but its as if it hasn't been maintained by the owners in quite awhile. Its just worn out but a nice place for a big family to stay.”

“Pros: very close to Main Street and trails. Kitchen was well stocked. Cons: Furniture was more worn than expected and it’s an old house with funky structural features/issues, depending on your perspective.”
