“Overall a great place for a big group to stay. Plenty of space for everyone. The beds were not very comfortable. Two of the three couples choose to sleep separately rather than share the beds. Things were mostly very clean, though we found some unwashed sheets in the closet. Really appreciated the easy check-out instructions. Love Leadville.”

“This stay was perfect. We were in town for the Leadville marathon and with it being only about 7 mins from town, it’s was super easy and stress free on race morning. Plus we got to come back and relax with a beautiful & peaceful backyard. It was clean, cozy, and even had games for a cozy night in. Highly recommended stay!”

“Your futon was broken before we got there, it was noticeably bent. The half wall up the windy stairs is unstable. The bed post is loose. The sheets and comforters need washed. Pillows need replaced. Overall, the property was old and unkept.”

“Beautiful Victorian with plenty of room. Althought grill did not work and initial musty smells, it proved a pleasant place for a summer getaway.”
