“Beautiful house, plenty of room. Close to Purgatory and beautiful hikes. I’m a cleanliness snob when it comes to Air B and B’s and this place was super clean and cozy. Felt like home.”

“We had a wonderful, fun-filled vacation in this lovely home and truly enjoyed our stay. However, there were a few things we wish we had known beforehand that affected our overall satisfaction. The home is a condominium with close neighbors rather than a free-standing house, which wasn’t clear to us from the listing. The pool and hot tub are located across a highway, and access must be arranged in advance, making them impractical for us to use. We were also surprised that there was no air conditioning. While this was mentioned in the listing, it appeared near the bottom of a long amenities list and was easy to overlook. During the heat wave, the lack of air conditioning made sleeping quite uncomfortable. Finally, the home was not as clean as we’ve come to expect from other Airbnb rentals. We found hair and food debris under the beds and sofas, suggesting those areas had not been thoroughly cleaned. Despite these issues, we had a great vacation and appreciated many aspects of the home.”

“Absolutely loved our stay, great location and clean. Easy check in and out. The only reason why this review is a 4-star verses 5-star is the beds. They could probably use an update, other than that it was exactly what we needed.”
