Orlando Rent A Villa by Eagle Management

Orlando Rent A Villa by Eagle Management's guest rating of 4.53 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

The house was conveniently located near the lake, but the real highlight is that it is right next to the creek and provides a great ambiance. The game room and other board games available was helpful for entertaining the kids. There is no AC, so it could get warm at night. We did have an issue with cleanliness of one of the beds and our feedback was forwarded to their housekeeping team but we were disappointed that not even an apology was issued and interactions felt impersonal.

We were disappointed by the lack of basic necessities. For a family of five staying a week, we were provided only four rolls of toilet paper, half a roll of paper towels, and one trash bag. We were instructed to use only one towel per guest, with possible extra charges for additional towels, and required to wash and dry them before our 10:00 AM checkout. Despite paying a cleaning fee, we arrived to find food in the sink, thick dust on ceiling fans, spider webs in light fixtures, bugs in the bathtub, and a living room rug that smelled strongly of urine. The linens also appeared low quality and had hair left from previous guests. The home has no air conditioning, and using the oven during summer raised the indoor temperature into the upper 80s. Combined with the cleanliness issues and limited supplies, we would not stay here again or recommend it.

Lights not working in three rooms took 2 days to get bulbs replaced. Garbage from previous renter left behind when we arrived. Window screens damaged or missing on many windows. Stagnate water behind house fostered many mosquitoes. Couldn’t sit outside in the evenings.

The location is unbeatable and central to everything in Durango, whether you are walking, biking or driving. The backyard (and daily deer visits) was a highlight, very peaceful and quiet. The home was well-stocked with essentials, but the kitchen cabinets were cluttered with previous guests’ open leftover food—which felt strange and left no room for our own groceries. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an overall issue; the master bedding and bathrooms were dirty (we didn’t use the guest beds so I’m not sure about those) when we arrived. I cleaned them myself and sent photos to the host, who simply thanked me for the feedback. The house feels a bit cluttered and needs a deep clean, but it has great potential once the host dials in the cleaning routine.

I have booked this place for 10 adults since the cabain allows 10 people max. However, this place is suited for 6 adults and 4 kids as the description describes. What it does not mention is that Red Cliff charges an extra $100 fee per adult if exceeding 6 adults, otherwise they do not provide check-in instructions. Red Cliff should mention this $100 USD fee in the description or should limit the max number of adults to 6. I was expecting to get an extra bed or something in return for paying that fee but they do not provide any extra ammenities for that. They even ask you bring toilet paper with you because they only provide two rolls per bathroom. Avoid booking with Red Cliff properties. Unlike individual hosts who are welcoming and supportive, this company treats guests purely as transactions. Their focus is on charging fees rather than providing hospitality or assistance. Look for independent owners instead of corporate operators like this one.

This stay was very disappointing due to poor cleanliness. Upon arrival, dog hair was immediately visible on the welcome mat and throughout the home—on carpets, couch, bedding, pillows, and duvet covers in multiple rooms. It was so excessive that we avoided using the couch, and even brief contact with furniture left hair on our clothing. We promptly contacted the host with photo and video evidence. While someone was sent, the response was inadequate. Only a set of clean sheets was left, beds were not remade, and overall cleanliness did not improve. Despite claims of vacuuming, dog hair remained, and only one carpet was removed from a single room. This was especially concerning as someone in our group has a pet allergy, making the situation potentially unsafe. The handling of the issue fell below basic hospitality standards, and the property did not feel clean or properly maintained.

Nice little townhome with plenty of space, but if you plan on having a large family/ group be prepared to work a little extra to keep up with the host expectations. The check in instructions are entirely unclear and you can tell that it was a template for multiple properties. I asked weeks ahead what the late check out fee was, they said $35, then asked 1 week ahead and they switched it to $50 and that rubbed me the wrong way. Go ahead and clarify what the WiFi name is, they don’t actually tell you. The list of amenities is “there” but behind a paywall so just know you’re only getting a place to sleep at. With all that being said, it severed its purpose and that’s all that matters. I don’t think we’d book with them again, mainly if we are going to spend this kind of money then I’d rather do so at a resort where I don’t have to worry about hidden fees, inaccessible amenities, or basically doing half the cleaning in place of the house keeping crew.

The carpets were really stained and dirty. The living room furniture and area rug are dirty and not in good shape. The beds were extremely uncomfortable! Old and need replaced! The house needs a deep cleaning, it was surface cleaned with no dust and bathrooms were cleaned but walls, floors etc needs a good deep cleaning. There was very minimal content in the house, just bare necessities.

Poor customer service. Responding about cold pool was condescending and did us a favor by refunding $30. Felt threatened the whole stay by price tags all over the house for lost items and penalties. Ok house pool is large for Florida hot tub never got hot or even warmer than the pool. Never again.

This is a mixed review. Positive and negative experience with this house. First and foremost, this house was everything we needed it to be. Great space, really like the 2 living room areas. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils and cookware. Really appreciate access to the washer and dryer. Pool area was nice, I would recommend getting it headed (we visited in April) beautiful weather but pool was chilly. The negative experience with this airbnb has a lot of hidden fees that they warn you about after you can cancel for full refund. They also tell you to bring your own toiletries (they mean it) I had to purchase my own hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The biggest issue was all the doors that lead to the pool had an alarm on them and EVERY TIME the door opened the alarm sounded and was very inconvenient and loud. There was no way to silence or turn it off. the only way to re-enter the house without the alarm going off is that someone had to let you in.
