Wonderful stay, although some complaints. We did not get enough parking passes or receive another through the local team. Some pictures not accurate of the listing. Team also is slow to respond so don’t hope for any easy answers. Clean space, well sized as well. A good stay overall.

Room was small; toilet was not completely clean and only one roll of toilet paper was supplied. A/C did not work and windows did not open which lead to the room being hotter than ideal conditions. Wasn’t terrible but could have been better.

Our stay was fine. Great location, easy parking. SO nice to have an in-unit washer/dryer! Might not stay in this unit in summer as there are no curtains and the unit gets hot with just blinds. Also, we travel constantly and have literally NEVER been asked to provide our own toilet paper for an Airbnb. When I reached out to ask if there was a stock in a closet we were told to go buy our own. I was honestly appalled. The welcome email said a starter kit of trash bags & coffee filters would be provided until you could buy more but nothing about TP. Perhaps this is the difference between renting from a management company where you are just a number and NOT a guest, and renting from an individual who treats you as a houseguest. No, buying a pack of TP is not a huge deal but choosing to NOT provide that shows what a cheap company this is. Something so small and simple would be easy and inexpensive to provide instead of inconveniencing your guests who pay a lot of money to stay here.

The place is convenient for the mountain shuttle and the wood burning fireplace is great. The place would be much better if they actually put a little effort towards amenities. There were no actual bath towels only 4 mid-size towels. This is very problematic if you want to use the pool or hot-tub. If you have the ability, bring your own blankets and towels. This place gets the job done for a couple days on the mountain, just know it has the bare minimum items or they are very old and worn.
