“this condo is very nicely updated, super clean, location is amazing, the views from the windows are to die for. the host provided a web page that was probably the best I've ever seen, every question we had was answered in the website about the unit and how to work everything inside the unit. Our only complaint was that the memory foam mattress is on a metal slat frame, rather than on a solid or flat foundation. the bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt lumpy. We contacted the host and the corporate contact that chats on Airbnb informed us that the local host would be in contact with us, we never heard from them. Not one phone call no no messages nothing. this was a three night stay and we never heard anything from the local Host. This would be a five-star review if we would have received some communication about the problem.”

“The Springs is hard to beat from a location standpoint - easy access to the gondola and River Run Village. The amenities are good with with hot tubs, a pool, fire pit, small gym, and movie theater. We’ve stayed in several units here, and this one felt dated and quite cramped, with limited storage for bags and suitcases and small closets/dressers. The kitchenware could use an update, and the dishwasher while operational had a damaged lower rack. Small things like no towel hooks in the bathrooms were also inconvenient. A major ongoing issue has been the elevators. During both of our recent stays (spanning 7–8 days each over the past 3 months), only one elevator was operational. The functioning one was unreliable, requiring multiple button presses and frequently skipping floors, which became a daily frustration. Great location and amenities, but this unit and some building maintenance issues impacted the overall experience.”
