For some reason, we had a very difficult time understanding exactly where the 24 hour lot was as it’s not marked. It is March permit only.Trash - the key location was not very accurately described, and we did not ever find a locked trash. We ended up putting our trash in a fenced area that was unlocked. The description of the traffic noise on grand Avenue is definitely a consideration, especially if you have guests sleeping on the pull out.
